Returns Eligibility:

We currently do not offer returns unless the item you receive is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return:
1. The item must be in the same condition as received
2. Unused, with original tags and packaging intact
3. A fault or defect must be present
4. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

How to initiate a Return

If your return request is approved, we will provide:
1. A return shipping label
2. Clear instructions on where and how to send the item

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

4. Perishable goods
